CO~WASHING ~ PART 2

When co-washing you want  to use a fairly inexpensive conditioner. Conditioners that have good "slip" work well. The slippiness of the conditioner will aide in the detangling process and will help to maintain growth. Some good co-washing conditioners are
V05 Moisture Milks
Aussie Moist
Suave Naturals
Garnier Fructis Pure & Clean
**********************
Something that you want to keep in mind is that these conditioners do not contain CLEANSING agents. If you are using products that cause build up, you will NEED to use a shampoo. Ingredients that are not water soluable will cause build up on your hair strands, which may lead to dryness and eventually breakage.

Some product ingredients that rinse out of the hair  well with co-washing are :PEG (DIMETHICONE), DIMETHICONE COPOLYOL, LAUYL METHICONE COPOLYOL, HYDROLIZED WHAT PROTEIN, PE12-12 DIMETHICONE

Some Product ingredients that require shampoo are:TRIMETHYLSILYAMODIMETHICONE, BEHENOXY DIMETHICONE,  CETYL DIMETHICONE, AMODIMETHICONE, PHENYL TRIMETHICONE, STEAROXY DIMETHICONE

Some ALTERNATIVES to traditional shampoos are
SULFATE FREE SHAMPOOS
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR  RINSES
OIL CLEANSE METHOD
